What we collect

When you register we keep your name, e-mail address, phone number, country and city, how you dance and your level, the pass you chose, and any message you write to us. When you pay, we keep the payment date, the amount and the receipt of your payment.

Why

Only to manage your registration: check your payment, send you your confirmation and receipt, organise the rooms and contact you about the weekend. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Who can see them

Only the organisers of The Palladium Weekender, through a password-protected back office. Our e-mails are sent through our mail provider.

How long

We keep registrations until the accounting for the event is closed, then delete them. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to contact@palladiumsocial.site.

Cookies

The public site uses no tracking and no advertising cookies. A single technical cookie is used in the organisers' back office to keep them signed in.
